Myles Heats Up The Great British Food Festival
From the stage to the demo kitchen…
Myles has officially made his mark on the UK food scene. This summer, he’s been bringing bold flavours and his vibes to The Great British Food Festival, headlining live cooking demos and connecting with foodies across the country.
What Is The Great British Food Festival?
Set in some of the UK’s most iconic locations, The Great British Food Festival is a national celebration of local produce, street food, and chef talent, all wrapped in a fun, family-friendly vibe. From artisan markets and bake-off competitions to live music and kids’ cookalongs, it’s the ultimate day out for food lovers. With stops at Dinton Pastures, Danson Park, and Knebworth House, the festival brings people together around one thing: great food, done properly.
Dinton Pastures: Gyoza, Katsu & Cake-Off Chaos
At Dinton Pastures Country Park, Myles took the spotlight on the demo stage, sharing an East Asian-inspired menu that had the audience hungry for more. He served:
Handmade Vegetable Gyoza
From dough to filling to fold, made live and packed with crunch and umami.

Crispy Chicken Katsu Curry
A golden panko crust, silky curry sauce, and signature Myles twist.

But cooking was only half the story. Myles also spent time exploring the festival, interviewing local food vendors, meeting fans, and jumping in as a guest judge for the festival's beloved Cake Off, tasting an incredible range of home-baked showstoppers and sharing laughs with the crowd.

Danson Park: Shakshuka Meets Stephenson Family Jerk
Next up: Danson Park, where Myles blended brunch inspiration with Caribbean heritage for an memorable live cook.
Shakshuka – A rich tomato, garlic, and pepper stew with soft baked eggs and toasted sourdough.
Grandma’s Jerk Chicken – A family recipe passed down with love, grilled over open flame with bold spices and deep smoky flavour.
As well as sampling the vendors produce and spread the word on great independent food businesses across the UK. With a particular highlight on Pantha Coffee, where Myles had the best Iced Coffee he’s tatsed!
Coming Up: Knebworth House
Catch Myles at Knebworth House next weekend! While he won’t be cooking this time, he’ll be filming content, chatting with vendors, and connecting with fans. So if you're around, don’t be shy. Say hello, grab a pic, and maybe even end up in one of his viral TikToks.
